Universal Rack Rail Kit N27
A cheap means of installing monitors and other equipment in rack bays, used in conjunction
with the rack mounting ears that come with the equipment. Fitting fixed rails, on which
equipment can be slid in and out prior to fixing with rack ears makes equipment installtion
- much easier
- much safer
- and greatly stiffens and strengthens the rack
When fitted, the protruding (unslotted) leg of the angle section rail lies horizontal on the
bottom of a U unit, and normally protrudes 32mm into the rack space, giving ample support to
equipment without blocking ventilation holes.
The end brackets are supplied to cater for the widest variety of rack configurations - for
example they are necessary for fitting to the U shaped rack strips commonly found on OB
vehicles.
The kit comprises 2 rack rails, 4 end brackets, and all necessary fixings.
The finish is bright zinc.
Dimensions: Length 772mm, angle section 45mm (vertical) by 35mm (horizontal)
Rails can be supplied cut to any specified length up to the maximum of 772 (included in the price).
