This equipment is well suited to OB rigging on any size of job. To wind in, the rigger puts his left foot on the base, winds with his right hand, and uses his left hand to feed the cable neatly onto the drum. This approach gives the maximum protection to the cables and terminations - the rigger can immediately sense any snagging when winding, and you end up with densely stored cable contained completely within very robust drums.
